HUNTSVILLE – The UTSA women’s golf team carded a final-round 319 on Tuesday and finished in fourth place (965) at the Ellingson Invitational. It was the team's last tournament of the fall campaign.
Freshman Madison McClain was the Roadrunners' top finisher, as she finished 11th after a final-day score of 78 (238 total). Sophomore Laura Baker finished two spots behind McClain after carding an 81 on Tuesday (240), while junior Lesan Gouge (79) and freshman Shelly Martinez (81) finished tied for 19th (245).
Sophomores Allie Jordan (final-day 84/248) and Kayla McBride (88/249) wrapped up play in 30th and 31st place, respectively.
