FORT WORTH – Sophomore Nathalie Wallin advanced to the round of 32 of the main draw at the ITA Regionals hosted by TCU at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center.
Wallin defeated LSU’s Tiffany Tucker in a tough two straight sets match (7-5, 7-5), while in the qualifying round of 16 Sandra Kukla dropped her match to Idalina Franca from North Texas by a scores of 6-3, 6-1.
In doubles action, junior Tanya Hasking and sophomore Karen Scida lost their match, 8-1, against Julie Cetnik and Anna Sydorska from TCU.
