RENO, Nev. – Junior Lesan Gouge paced the UTSA women’s golf team with a third-place finish as the Roadrunners finished fifth at the Wolf Pack Invitational.
Gouge fired a final-round 73 (+1) for a total of 227, while sophomores Allie Jordan and Laura Baker placed 23rd and 26th, respectively. Freshman Shelly Martinez finished in 28th place after carding a 86-86-777=249 and sophomore Kayla McBride turned a 264 for a 34th-place finish.
The squad returns to action on Oct. 23-24 when it plays at the Ellingson Invitational in Huntsville.
