| June 1, 2006 Chance, Wolfe collect academic all-district honors
SAN ANTONIO – UTSA seniors Meghan Chance (middle distances) and Bryan Wolfe (decathlon) were named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District 6 team the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced on Thursday.
Chance maintains a 3.97 grade-point average (gpa) in psychology. The San Antonio (Reagan HS) native ran in three different events this season for the Roadrunners (400m, 800m and 1,500m).
Wolfe, an actuarial science major, sports a 3.66 gpa in his degree field. A native of Raymondville, he earned an at-large berth to the NCAA Championships on Tuesday and will be one of three UTSA men competing June 7-10 in Sacramento, Calif. |
