SAN ANTONIO – In its inaugural season of competition, the UTSA women’s golf team is set to host the program’s first-ever home tournament with the UTSA Rowdy Round-Up this Monday-Tuesday, March 20-21, at Buckhorn Golf Club in Comfort, Texas.
The Roadrunners will face Lamar, Sam Houston State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas Southern, Texas State, Detroit Mercy, Louisiana-Monroe and Texas-Pan American in the Division I group. McClennan, Oklahoma City, St. Mary’s, Incarnate Word and Western New Mexico will compete in the non-Division I field.
The field will play 36 holes on Monday with an 8 a.m. shotgun start, followed by the final 18 on Tuesday, also with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
