SAN ANTONIO - With only a handful of doubles matches being completed on Friday because of rain, the UTSA Men's Tennis Invitational will resume at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning with a full assortment of singles and doubles matches taking place at the UTSA Tennis Center.
In doubles action on Friday, the UTSA tandem of Robin Fernandes and Adam Becker trailed 7-5 to the tandem of Joey Farias and Erhart Asaad of Texas A&M Corpus-Christi before the rain started.
Schools involved in the three-day Invitational include UTSA, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas-Pan American, St. Edward’s and Tyler Junior College. Admission is free.
