Reservations must be made by March 22, 2024. Room availability cannot be ensured past the March 22 deadline. 

Rooms Provided by the AAC Academic Consortium:
Please click here to reserve your room provided by the conference office in the AAC block. The Academic Consortium will provide the FAR at each current and incoming member institution with one (1) room. Additionally, current and incoming member institutions may reserve up to two (2) rooms for student-athletes.

All Other Rooms:
All other AAC Academic Symposium participants should click here to reserve any rooms needed for researchers, institutional staff members and additional student-athletes.
