SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA Roadrunners will host Abilene Christian in their third home match of the season on Saturday, Feb. 1 at 11 a.m. at the UTSA Tennis Center.
The Roadrunners are tied for their best start under Head Coach Ki Kroll, as they are 6-0 for the second time in two years. With a win, the Roadrunners will have their best start to a season under Kroll.
The Roadrunners are 2-6 against ACU, with their last win coming on January 19, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Arina Babenko and Vittoria Baccino are both 5-0 on the season in singles play.
Natalie Castaneda Guerrero and Milica Milosavljevic are 3-0 in doubles. A team of Valeria Sanchez and Ekua Youri is also 3-0. Through six matches the Roadrunners lead their five opponents by a score of 28-3.
The Roadrunners will hit the road for their first road match since Jan. 19 to take on Sam Houston on Feb. 7 at 1 p.m. in Huntsville, Texas.
