Packet pickup/course inspection
Coaches can pick up their packets from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31, at the Park West Athletics Complex (click here for a map and directions). We will have a course inspection from 4-7 p.m., as well. We will make our IAAF certified track available to the athletes if a coach does not want to go to the course. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL NO PACKETS AT THE COURSE ON FRIDAY. Per UIL instructions, teams will not be allowed to enter the site prior to 4 p.m. to discourage teams from taking kids out of class early. Packet pickup for Saturday, Nov. 1, will be at the course at the times listed in the meet schedule below (NOT AT PARK WEST ATHLETICS COMPLEX).

Fees
Individual athletes will be charged $20 per bib/entry. For example, If you enter seven athletes, you will be charged $140. If you enter 10, you will be charged $200. You will be charged based on the amount that you enter, not what you run. Only the top seven chips will be issued at packet pickup. Please pay at packet pickup on either Friday or Saturday. If you are mailing in a check, please make checks payable to the UTSA ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT and mail to UTSA ATHLETICS BUSINESS OFFICE, ONE UTSA CIRCLE, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78249. If the district chair is paying for multiple teams or individuals, please list names of schools and the amount for each school on the check, check stub or attached sheet.

District results
The district chairperson is responsible for faxing the UIL district results form (click here to download). If your teams or any individuals qualified for the regional meet, we strongly suggest that you make sure this form was filed. District results also should be emailed to Meet Director David Hartman at david.hartman@utsa.edu.

Entry information
The deadline to submit entries is 3 P.M. ON MONDAY, OCT. 27. Entries must be certified at the district level and each individual school must send in their entries to athletic.net. PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THE DISTRICT CHAIRPERSON TO DO THIS. The reason we have this rule is that the district chairperson will not have a list of your alternates on the result sheets. You may enter 10 but only can run seven. The 10 that you enter must be certified and be eligible by UIL rules. You must declare your seven runners at packet pick up. The seven that compete must come from your certified list of 10. We will assign bib numbers and chips to all 10 entries. The three extra numbers and chips are to be returned at the packet pick up area when you declare your seven.
