SAN ANTONIO -- UTSA officially introduced Jeff Traylor, the third football coach in program history, at an event held on Tuesday at the Alamodome.
Traylor began the day by meeting the team on campus and later was introduced to fans, players and media in attendance at the Alamodome.
UTSA President Dr. Taylor Eighmy, UTSA Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Lisa Campos, University of Texas Board of Regents member James C. "Rad' Weaver and former Texas High School Coaches Association Executive Director and legendary Converse Judson High School coach D.W. Rutledge introduced Traylor.
Traylor was later joined on stage by the Voice of the Roadrunners, Andy Everett, for a question-and-answer segment and then met individually with local and regional media assembled at the Alamodome.
