Junior (2012)
Saw action in all 12 contests and drew starts at New Mexico State (Sept. 29) and against Utah State (Oct. 27) … carried the ball 106 times for 450 yards (4.2 avg.) and scored a team-leading eight touchdowns … also led the squad with 24 receptions for 349 yards (14.5 avg.) and three more scores … added two kickoff returns for 27 yards and paced club with 826 all-purpose yards (68.8 ypg) … rushed for a season-best 93 yards on just 11 attempts and caught a 21-yard pass in the finale against Texas State (Nov. 24) … set program records with three rushing TDs and 20 carries and added a season-high four receptions at Georgia State (Sept. 15) … scored twice against Northwestern Oklahoma State (Sept. 22) … racked up a season-best 76 receiving yards on just two catches against San Jose State (Oct. 20).
Sophomore (2011)
Started five times and appeared in all 10 contests overall … rushed for a team-leading 326 yards on 50 carries (6.5 avg.) and added 10 receptions for 148 yards … also topped the squad with five total touchdowns (4 rush/1 pass) … average score covered nearly 34 yards … ran for a program record 106 yards on just eight totes and scored from 39 yards out against Bacone (Sept. 24) … added 79 yards on just three carries, 77 of which came on a run to paydirt, against Minot State (Nov. 19) … rushed for 25 yards and a score on eight attempts and caught three passes for 70 yards, including a 50-yard TD, against South Alabama (Oct. 8) … redshirted in 2010.
Prior To UTSA
Played in 10 games at Portland State in 2009 … rushed for 173 yards on 49 carries and scored one touchdown … added five receptions for 31 yards … also returned a kickoff for 23 yards … a two-time first-team All-District 6-5A selection during his prep career … ran for 1,095 yards on 127 totes (8.6 avg.) and reached paydirt a dozen times as a senior … also racked up 35 catches for 353 yards and four scores that fall … ran for 709 yards and 13 scores on 101 attempts (7.0 avg.) and hauled in 33 passes for 269 yards and another touchdown as a junior … recorded 155 rushing yards on 33 carries and caught a 25-yard pass in his debut season in 2006 … coached by Bob Shipley.
