SAN ANTONIO – Twenty-one students affiliated with UTSA Athletics are part of the university’s Honors College. This includes 15 student-athletes, four members of the cheer program and two student athletic trainers.
The UTSA Honors College is a community of more than 2,300 curious and committed students. The Honors College’s experiential approach helps students of all majors become leaders, develop as professionals and intellectually achieve beyond coursework. Admission to the Honors College is on an invitation-only basis and is offered to a select number of highly motivated students based on the student’s information at the time of application to UTSA.
