SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA baseball program will host its final camp of the summer with its High School Evaluation Camp, which is scheduled for Aug. 20 at Roadrunner Field.
The one-day camp will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. with check-in between 8-9 a.m. The camp is for high-school-aged players and it will cost $130.
The morning portion will consist of a pro-style workout that will assess running, throwing and fielding tools. The afternoon will then consist of batting practice and pitchers throwing to hitters in a game format. Players will receive a written evaluation of their skills from a UTSA staff member at the conclusion of camp.
