Soccer travels to ODU and Charlotte this weekend

SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA soccer team travels to Virginia and North Carolina this weekend as they face Old Dominion and Charlotte in a pair of road matches. The Roadrunners will face the Monarchs on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT and the 49ers Sunday afternoon with a 12 p.m. CT kickoff.
 
All-time series against Old Dominion

  • This is the sixth meeting between the two teams.
  • The series record is 1-4.
  • The last time the Roadrunners faced the Monarchs was October 18, 2018 when UTSA lost 0-2 at home.
  • UTSA is 1-1 in Norfolk.
  • The last time UTSA beat ODU was in 2013.

Ellis Patterson continues to lead the Roadrunners with 6 goals and 18 points, while goalkeeper Jil Schneider leads UTSA with 28 saves.
 
UTSA is sitting in ninth place going into this weekend and looking to crack the top eight to make an appearance in the conference tournament.
