SAN ANTONIO — UTSA announced Monday its 2012 football game promotional designatons for the upcoming season. The Roadrunners will recognize groups during each of their six home contests at the Alamodome this fall. All of UTSA's home tilts are scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m.
The Roadrunners, who will begin their second season of play on Thursday, Aug. 30, at South Alabama, are coming off a 4-6 inaugural campaign that saw them establish new NCAA records for first-game (56,743) and single-season (35,521) attendance.
Season tickets currently are on sale for the upcoming season, which will be UTSA's first and only in the Western Athletic Conference before moving to Conference USA in 2013. Click here for more information on purchasing tickets. Single-game tickets will be available later this summer.
