Louisiana Tech game to be televised on ESPN Regional Television

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) released its television package for the upcoming 2012 season and UTSA's Saturday, Nov. 3, contest at defending league champion Louisiana Tech will be broadcast by ESPN Regional Television (ERT). Kickoff at Joe Aillet Stadium is scheduled for 3 p.m.

The game is one of 13 WAC tilts that will be televised on multiple ESPN platforms this fall. ERT will produce a total of five contests during the months of October and November that will be available for syndication to the local markets of the teams involved and nationwide on ESPN's GamePlan package.

Additional WAC television games are expected to be added in the upcoming months.

The Roadrunners, who will begin their second season of play on Thursday, Aug. 30, at South Alabama, are coming off a 4-6 inaugural campaign that saw them establish new NCAA startup program records for first-game (56,743) and single-season (35,521) attendance.

Season tickets currently are on sale for the upcoming campaign, which will be UTSA's first and only in the WAC before it moves to Conference USA in 2013. Click here for more information on purchasing tickets. Single-game tickets will be available later this summer.
